Legalization Services

*    Commercial Documents can be legalized by the Embassy only if the

      documents have been certified by  the Chamber of  Commerce &

       Industry and Ministry of Foreign Affairs  of the respective country.

*    Non-commercial Documents can be legalized by the Embassy

    provided that  the documents have been authenticated by 

    Ministry  of  Foreign Affairs.

The Legalization Fees are classified as follow :

        @  Commercial documents such as Invoice, Certificate of Origin, Health Certificate, Packing List, is free of charge.

        @  Other commercial documents such as product certificate (Janji), 

             Guarantee, Statement (Ikrar)  is Rp. 930,000/sheet

        @  Non-commercial documents such as personal documents,

             Educational Certificate, Statement (Ikrar), etc.. is Rp. 150,000

NOTE : Fee for sending the documents to Jordan for approval is              Rp. 300,000.-
